jupyter-nbformat software package provides Jupyter notebook format (tools), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install jupyter-nbformat
jupyter-nbformat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the jupyter-nbformat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jupyter-nbformat *
You will get with jupyter-nbformat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
